    Buying a piece of property can be a very intimidating process, but Stirling was amazing to work with. He took the time to educate us on details to look at in every house we entered, and pointed out so many things that wouldn’t have crossed our minds to consider. I have to say, Stirling was incredibly patient with us as it took us quite a bit of time to find ‘the one’ — above all, he was really there for us, at our beck and call, which was much more than I was expecting when buying a house.     Stirling has been our realtor for the sale of our house in our “huge” move from Alberta to Vancouver Island. We chose him after being referred by our financial advisor, and of course sitting down with Stirling to see if we would work well together. We must say that it has been a pleasure working with him, as he seemed to understand the enormity of our undertaking.
